Terms & Conditions

Here is what applies when you visit Debt Clear Pro or ask us to introduce you to a lender. Browsing the site or sending a request counts as agreeing to these terms, so please give them a careful read before you continue.

  • Plain language throughout

Section 1: Before you begin

Thanks for visiting Debt Clear Pro. Once you start using this website, whether you are browsing, weighing your choices or asking to be introduced to a personal loan lender, the terms on this page apply to you. Please read every section before you move ahead.

How we handle the information you give us is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

Disagree with something here? Then please don't send us your details. You're free to close the page at any point.

Section 2: Using this website

You may use this website for a single purpose: to be introduced to a personal loan lender. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to do that, and no other rights. By using the site, you agree that you will not:

  • Disrupt or overload our servers, systems or networks, or try to break into them
  • Log in to another person's account, or open any restricted area or system feature, without permission
  • Harvest or republish the site's content for a commercial purpose unless we have agreed in writing
  • Introduce viruses, spam or any material that is unlawful, harmful or abusive
  • Rely on scripts or bots to send in requests, or otherwise deal with the site in a deceptive way

If you break these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice.

Section 3: Our role, and its limits

Debt Clear Pro runs a marketing website and nothing more. We are not a lender and we don't broker loans, nor do we operate as a law firm or as a credit counseling service. The interest rate and terms of any loan are not ours to set, and we can't sway a lender's decision. Our job is to put you in touch with a personal loan provider that serves borrowers in circumstances like yours, so that you can deal with that lender yourself.

A request sent through this site is not a loan, and no lender has to make you an offer. From then on, every decision belongs to the lender: whether to extend credit to you, at what rate, on which terms and in what form, in line with its own underwriting standards and with applicable law.

Our part is the introduction. Your information may be shared with the lender or lenders in our network that we introduce you to, and those lenders may pay us when an introduction is made. You are never charged for using Debt Clear Pro.

Section 4: Information, not advice

Content on this site, from articles to tools and guides, is provided to inform you and not to advise you. Nothing here should be treated as guidance on your finances, your legal position, your taxes or your credit. Before taking on a loan or making any other major money decision, consult a qualified professional who understands your full situation.

We try to keep what we publish correct and current, but Debt Clear Pro gives no warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to whether it is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. Acting on anything you read here is at your own risk.

Section 5: What to know about loan matching

Any figures, rates or sample scenarios that appear on this site illustrate a point and nothing more. They are not commitments, and they don't indicate what any lender will offer or what you'll qualify for. A lender's proposal, if there is one, comes from its own assessment of your credit, income and situation at the time you are introduced.

  • Example figures or rates are for illustration only and are not guaranteed
  • Products can differ from one lender to the next, and terms may change from state to state
  • Exploring your options usually starts with a soft inquiry, which generally leaves your credit score unaffected. A full application, along with any hard inquiry that accompanies it, is a separate step the lender will walk you through itself
  • Taking out a loan is a serious commitment. With any loan, missed payments may result in fees, additional interest, collection efforts or harm to your credit
  • The lender you are introduced to alone decides approval, rate and terms, applying its own underwriting criteria
  • A loan you accept is subject to that lender's own terms and to the state and federal laws that apply

Section 6: Lenders and third-party sites

Links on this site may lead to personal loan lenders, service providers and other websites that we don't run, and we may cooperate with some of them. Debt Clear Pro doesn't control these parties and takes no responsibility for what they say, how they operate or how secure they are. Whatever arrangement you reach with a lender is a matter between the two of you only.

Before you accept an offer, read the lender's own terms, fee schedule and privacy policy from start to finish.

Section 7: Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Debt Clear Pro and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and successors accept no liability for indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, such as lost revenue or lost data, that result from:

  • Using the website, or being unable to use it
  • Decisions you base on anything published on this site
  • Someone without authorization gaining access to your personal information
  • How a lender you are introduced to behaves, what it publishes or what it does, or by any other outside party
  • Technical faults, interruptions or outages of the service

Section 8: Governing law and updates

Tennessee law governs these terms, and its conflict-of-law rules do not apply. Any disagreement over them will be settled exclusively by the courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

These terms may change. Each update takes effect when it is posted here, and using the site after that point means you accept it. The version on this page is always the current one.
